The standard delivery time is 1-4 working days. But during the sales or peak times it could take up to 7 working days. As our aim is to provide the quality products our processing time is within 1-2 working days. We will ensure you to keep you updated by email or text message throughout the processing and dispatching process.
Once the products are been shipped you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to track the products. In a case of delivery is attempted but you are unable to receive it. The courier may leave at the safe place or if it requires a signature the courier then will leave a card "We Missed You" that will provide an information for the redelivery. There will be instructions added on the card on how to collect the parcel. It will be either re-arrange delivery or collect from the local courier branch. While receiving the parcel from the local delivery branch you will be require to provide an appropriate ID. However, if you still need any help you can contact us at email@example.com.
The UK next day delivery is next working day if an order place before 12pm. If the order is placed after 12 noon it will be dispatch the next working day and will be deliver the following day. We are unable to provide an estimate delivery time as our courier can deliver from 8:00 am till 8:00 pm.
Please note if the order is placed on Friday at 12:00 noon it will be dispatch on Monday and the delivery will be on Tuesday. Our UK next day delivery is not included and can be delayed if there is any Public Holidays.
On the day of the delivery the courier will send an email or text message that will allow you to track the package. There will be an alternative options if you are unable to receive the package. For more information on your parcel you can contact us at our customer service centre or by email.
The international and EU are tracked shipping services. Once the shipping has been dispatch you will receive a tracking number along with the instructions on how to track the delivery. The shipping charges and time scale is provided above however during the sales or festive time such as Ramadan it can be delayed.
It is important to know that there may be charges International and EU that may subject to VAT or custom duty. The charges are automatically applied by the custom border in your destination country and is not applied by us or the courier company. Unfortunately, we are not able to reduce or remove these charges therefore customers are advised to contact their border force control for further information. We are also not able to send the items as a form of gift in order to avoid charges.
If for any other reason your parcel is delayed or not dispatch we will notify you through email. Please contact us by email for any other information regarding the delivery. We aim to response within 24-48 hours or use our online chat to get updates about delivery tracking.
