We are only able to exchange the product that are purchased in UK. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange the product for international orders but you will be able to get a refund within 14 days of purchasing the products.
For our UK customers we only provide the exchange only and no refund policy. And for our INTERNATIONAL customers we provide only refund and no exchange policy. In both of our policies please contact us within 14 days or receiving the package.
